Lunchtime Meditation in Nature
A mindful moment in the middle of your day can do wonders! Join us (virtually) in nature for 20 mins this lunchtime .
In light of recent world events, we want to support our community to turn to the wisdom in nature for guidance. When it feels like the whole world is unraveling, nature provides vital grounding, helping us to sit with and process strong emotions, and providing respite amongst the chaos and noise.
Join us (virtually) for a gentle loving kindness meditation in your chosen green space.
On Wednesday, 22nd November at 12:30, we invite you to take 20 minutes during your lunch break to head out to your local green space for a nature-based meditation, led by our Education Lead, Faiqa Amreen. No cameras, no audio, no pressure!

This is a new offering for us, to support our wider community in a more informal way. If there’s appetite for more of these kinds of sessions, then we will start to offer them as a regular practice.
